Are you wanting to start workouts from home, but need some accountability? Would you prefer to workout more consistently, instead of just one day a week here and there? Would you like to create positive habits for yourself that will make you look and feel better?
We are now offering access to our virtual Just Dance Fit Club which will be held on a private app that will keep you on track with your fitness and nutrition 7 days a week! By joining this accountability group, you complete the workout program of your choice, and the group supports one another through the program. Phoebe and Miley will be leading these groups, and will keep you on the right track!
These groups are a wonderful way to stay motivated through our 6 or 8 week challenges, and create positive habits that WILL get you results.
Miley currently runs a Barre Blend Group, a Nutrition-only group, and a Multiprogram group!
Barre Blend is a low-impact, high-intensity, and high-energy workout program taught by barre expert Elise Joan. Barre Blend helps create a lean, toned physique through a fun fusion of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio interval training. Miley will be your coach, and provide support, encouragmement, and advice throughout the 8 week challenge. The best part, you will be able do the workouts whenever works best for you and your schedule! These classes can be streamed 24/7.
Phoebe will be offering a brand new program called Muscle Burns Fat, aka MBF, when you sign up as a VIP!!
#mbf is comprised of two 3-week programs—#mbf Muscle Burns Fat and #mbfa™ Muscle Burns Fat Advanced™—designed to be done back-to-back. Led by our Super Trainer Megan Davies, #mbf will help you get lean, strong, and healthy as you ignite your metabolism and incinerate fat. You’ll work out every day for 3 weeks with an effective combination of 25- to 35-minute strength-training and cardio workouts. The goal is to get toned, tight, and ready to blast into the next 3 weeks of #mbfa, where Megan dials-up the intensity, challenges, and workout length (up to 40 minutes) to push you harder for an even greater total-body transformation.
What equipment is needed?
You’ll need light, medium, and heavy dumbbells, plus your package will contain a cordless jump rope that is designed specifically for this program.
